Hi, I am Tracy. My career path has taken me to the media, event management and shopping centre management. For nearly a decade, I worked for a Global Retail Real Estate Company managing the largest Shopping Centre in Hobart before returning home to join the family business in 2007.
I am so fortunate to work with my Mother and best friend in life, Helen Munro and with both Helen's long career in Townsville Real Estate coupled with my Business Management and Corporate Real Estate experience, we have built a very successful real estate business based on strong ethics, honesty, passion and excellence for service.
I absolutely believe our exceptional service is evident in the manner in which we run our business and are proud that all our staff have the same high standards and respect for the industry that we have.

What inspires me the most about the real estate industry is it gives me the opportunity to really make something of my life by being an influential part of another person's life. A great agent is ethical, honest and listens intently to the customer's needs. They have a passionate willingness to help people and never leave a customer feeling un-educated. A great agent will assist them to make the right choices. These decisions must be justified by clear evidence, so customers know they are making informed decisions based on the best information and evidence.
HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS
I was born in Townsville and it is home to me. It's a place that I would find hard to ever leave because it has something special about it, that holds a special place in local's hearts. What I love most about our region is the great community feel. Townsville people are so generous and friendly and are always eager to help and give someone a hand whenever needed.
My favourite things to unwind here are really easy because I love sport. I am proud to say I am a MAMIL (middle age man in lyrca) just not at the middle age. I absolutely love my cycling, football (both rugby and league), golf and going to the gym. But to truly unwind I love kicking back watching my favourite team the NQ Cowboys play. One thing I can't live without is my family, I am very family orientated.
SUCCESS DEFINED
My biggest achievement to date was making my international sales target, in the first 12 months of selling office equipment. A pivotal part of my career was meeting Tony Martin (Director-Total Performance Group) my trainer and mentor for 15 months. Tony educated me in the art of solution selling which changed the way I went about the process of selling. From here my sales career took a quantum leap forward and since then I have never looked back. My success has continued to blossom.
WISE WORDS
I was once told two very important pieces of advice by a prominent person in my sales career. They are; "You will get all you want in life if you help enough people get what they want" and "always leave customers feeling you are worth more than what they have paid you".
I have had many mentors over the years who all have played influential parts in my success to date. I truly believe we need to be motivated learners as life is a continuous learning journey. We need to always remain open and vigilant and forever push ourselves to that next level. We owe this to our family, friends, clients, customers, associates, and our people so they can enjoy the best results from us. I strive to be their trusted partner though this emotional process of selling their most valuable possession... their home.
